For priority repair and service for your appliance please book your appointment using DACAPS online appointment booking form. All appointments booked online receive a 10% discount on the call out fee.
If you would like to speak to one of our Service Managers about your requirements, use our Request a Chat form and a Service Manager will call you within one business day.
For parts, please request the required parts using our online parts request form. We will reply to your parts request within 24 hours.
During our busy times we do experience delays in answering telephone calls to 1800 DACAPS (322 277). At such times our nine telephone lines are in use you will be directed to use our online forms for faster service option.
Please remember, when making an appointment, you will need to know your appliance make, model, serial number and date of purchase. For fast and efficient repair of your appliance please collect this information and have it with you before contacting us.
